1. Junior Officer - HR
                    Number of requirements         : 8
                    Salary                                                : Rs, 1,50,000/- to Rs, 2,00,000/- per annum.
                    Interview Process                       : 2 rounds of interview (F2F)
·   Handling end to end recruitment.
·   Sourcing and Screening the candidates as per requirements.
·   Developing and managing candidate pool.
·   Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting &
     campus.
·   Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates.
·   Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates.
·   Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities.
·   Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking management and candidate feedback
           
2. Software Developers / Software Programmers (Any Language)

·         Bachelor's degree / equivalent with good academic scores (above 70%)

4. Data Entry Analyst
    No. of openings        : 20
                    Salary                            : Rs, 1,50,000/- to Rs, 2,25,000/- per annum.
                    Interview Process   : 1st round - Typing Test (Required: 40 to 60 words per minute> 90 % accuracy),              
                                                           Analytical Test followed by 2 levels of face to face discussion
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Data Analyst role supports the data collection by entry of data into several internal business systems.  Assists in the collection, organization, and analysis of data that is used to increase firm efficiencies
·  Inputs data, summaries, and matrices in the firm's databases and software applications
·  Manages data correction  requirements and ensures data quality standards
·  Analyzes data and prepares reports, as required
·  Performs Internet-based research as required
 KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Fresher graduates or 1 year of experience in a similar role involving data correction 
   / entry / data analysis, including work tracking and reporting
- Should be proficient with Windows and MS office tools such as Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail
-  Exposure to Internet-based research and data collection
- Ability to prioritize workload in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and new
   business opportunities, exercise sound judgment and independent decision making, and balance
   multiple assignments simultaneously.

Instructions & Important Information:
ØCandidates selected for the position of HR Executives will be provided an offer letter on the same day.
ØCandidates shortlisted for Software, Voice & DEA will be required to attend further rounds of   
   interview with the client companies in Chennai. The college will receive a mail from XLMS     
   confirming the list of candidates shortlisted & the interview schedule with the concerned client   
   company. However, the interviews will be conducted only once the final semester exams are
   completed.
