Interview Procedure :
1.
First round: Objective type programming questions
consisting of 20 questions on
C/C++. The duration of the test ONE HOUR.
2.
Second Round: Shortlisted candidates
in the first round will be allowed to sit for
TWO HOUR programming test on C/C++ to be
done in the system provided at the Lab.
3.
Based on the evaluation of both first and second round, the candidates would be
tested on
technical skills in a face to face interview
at the college campus itself by our technical team.
Based on the above performance, the
candidates would be shortlisted for final Technical interview
with their Senior Project Manager. This would be done over telephone from the
campus with their
Senior project Manager.
Terms
& Conditions:
The shortlisted candidates would be taken as Intern
and would be required to join by Dec 2015.
They would be paid a stipend of Rs. 8000/- pm. On completion of their graduation and
production of Provisional Certificate they would be converted to regular
employee as Software Engineer Trainee, but of course subject to their
fulfilling the criteria for regularization of employee based on their
performance during the internship. They
would be paid a salary of Rs. 16500/- pm after regularization. They would be on Probation for six months and
confirmed as a regular employees with two more benefits. Rs.1.5 lakhs Mediclaim
policy for both employee and dependant parents/spouse/children. They would also get 20 days Privilege leave
which can either be accumulated or encashed during their service.
The successful student after conversion as regular
employee is required to sign Non-disclosure document and also deposit the
original Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate for two years as surety
since we expect the freshers to work with us for a minimum period of two years.
The candidates are
instructed to bring their Resume, 4 copies of passport size photograph, College
ID Card and photocopies of Mark sheets.
